General update since our last letter 

Following the issue of the last newsletter, the works on site continue to progress well. Over the next month the following works will be carried out: – 

 

  • Continued removal of the temporary propping and shuttering for concrete floor slab

  • Continuation of Metsec frame installation

  • Delivery of the bathroom PODs – These are pre-finished units that are dropped into the bedrooms

  • Continuation with sub-structure brick work and block work

  • Continuation of scaffold to the perimeter of the building

  • Staircase installation and concrete pour

  • Formation of new site welfare facilities inside the building

  • Removal of site welfare cabins

  • We will continue working Saturdays from 8am till 1pm and expect this to stop at the end of May.

Working Hours

Our normal working hours are:

Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 17:00
Saturdays – 08:00 to 13:00
Sundays & Bank Holidays – nonworking


Deliveries and site traffic

We will ensure that all deliveries to site are properly planned and coordinated to minimise disruption. We aim to work to co-ordinate these with everyone to minimise disruption to everyone.
