General update since our last letter

Following the issue of the last Newsletter, works on site continue to progress well and you may have noticed we have now completed the 1st Floor Concrete Slab. Behind this we are progressing with the concrete columns and shear walls allowing the formation of the 2nd floor transfer slab in readiness for the metsec frame structure for the upper 5 floors. Over the course of next month the following activities will be undertaken: –

  • Continuation with the formation of columns from 1st to 2nd floor
  • Continuation with the Second Floor Concrete Slab n Installation of ducts for the services infrastructure. n Commencement of Sub-structure blockworks
  • Striking and Clearing away the temporary propping and shuttering.
  • We will continue to work on Saturdays from 8am –1pm. It is anticipated that Saturday working will cease at the End of May however if there is a change to this, we will advise you accordingly.
