General update since our last letter
Over the last month we have now completed the Ground Beams and pile caps. You will see that we have commenced the columns and Ground Floor Slab works. The crane was erected at the end of Jan and this will be in place until late 2021. We will be working a few Saturdays 8am –1pm over the next couple of months to make sure we meet the date for completion of the concrete transfer slab. Over the next month the following works will be carried out:
- Continuation with the formation of columns
- Continuation forming the lift / stair core of the building
- Ground Floor Slab works 1st floor Mezzanine Floor Install
- 2nd Floor Transfer Slab

Our normal working hours are:
Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 17:00
Saturdays – 08:00 to 13:00
Sundays & Bank Holidays – nonworking
Deliveries and site traffic
We will ensure that all deliveries to site are properly planned and coordinated to minimise disruption. We aim to work to co-ordinate these with everyone to minimise disruption to everyone.
