Thank you for taking the time to read the 2nd issue of our Newsletter. Although not much has changed in the appearance of the site we are making progress with the following:
- Existing Service Disconnections
- Internal Soft Strip Works
- Asbestos Removal Works
- Surveys to enable us to finalise the design of the foundations for the building.
- Design Progression for the Superstructure Works
- Erection of security Fencing around the perimeter of the site
Upcoming Works
- The hotels drainage scheme has new Foul and Surface Water drainage connections to be made in Beulah Road. Unfortunately to carry out these works Beulah Road will be closed from 08:00 on the 4th August to the 14th August at 17:00. We will endeavour to carry out these works quicker to minimise disruption. Pedestrian access will remain open.
- Continuation with Asbestos Removal Works
- Continuation with Service Disconnections and Demolition works
- Surveys and Boreholes to allow us to complete the foundation design.
- Installation of the Temporary Welfare Facilities for the Site.

Working Hours
Our normal working hours are:
Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 17:00
Saturdays – 08:00 to 13:00
Sundays & Bank Holidays – nonworking
Deliveries and site traffic
We will ensure that all deliveries to site are properly planned and coordinated to minimise disruption. We aim to work to co-ordinate these with everyone to minimise disruption to everyone.
