General update since our last letter
Following the issue of the last newsletter, the works on site continue to progress well. Over the next month the following works will be carried out:
- Continuation of Metsec frame installation on the 3rd floor level
- Delivery of the 3rd floor bathroom PODs – These are pre-finished units that are dropped into the bedrooms
- Continuation with ground floor brickwork, blockwork & column stonework
- Concrete pour to form the 4th floor slab — week commencing the 19th July
- Continuation of perimeter scaffold
- Commencement of 2nd floor window installation
- Commencement of 2nd floor brickwork
- Weekend working is not expected to be required for the foreseeable future

Working Hours
Our normal working hours are:
Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 17:00
Saturdays – 08:00 to 13:00
Sundays & Bank Holidays – nonworking
Deliveries and site traffic
We will ensure that all deliveries to site are properly planned and coordinated to minimise disruption. We aim to work to co-ordinate these with everyone to minimise disruption to everyone.
